Educación Ambiental, seguridad alimentaria y la huerta vertical casera
Abstract
Within the framework of the research proposal carried out in the inter-institutional doctorate in education, in the line "Inclusion of the environmental dimension in science education", the study of configuring mesocurricular adjustments in the environmental field is proposed, for the promotion of food safety in the IED Colegio Alexander Fleming, developed with the educational community of basic education, from the implementation of didactics proposed from the "learning blended" and the homemade vertical garden, based on the historical context of the climate crisis and the food insecurity. The research methodology is an articulation between the quantitative approach (descriptive phase) and action research (explanatory and propositional phases). The structure of the proposal expects results focused on updating the curriculum, the involvement of the community, the generation of reflections on the effects of environmental and economic tensions, the possibility of formulating school discourses based on food security and the role of the school. about emerging situations.
