Ya no somos Homo Sapiens: exploración a los desafíos del Homo Tecnologicus

El humanismo, en gran parte de la historia, se ha fundamentado en la tesis de la excepcionalidad humana, desembocando en un problema denominado especismo. Éste ha logrado la formación de los seres humanos utilizando la antropotécnica que, mediante la alfabetización de hordas primitivas y salvajes, consagra la lectura de clásicos, de la literatura y la filosofía, permitiendo la emergencia de la ruptura ontológica del ser humano con el mundo que le rodea. Ahora bien, en la actualidad la tecnología aparece de forma disruptiva para plantear nuevos retos a las ciencias humanas. En este sentido, la propuesta del Transhumanismo es optar por una nueva forma de entender al humano, ya sea desde la figura del cyborg o por qué no, desde una nueva especie. El presente artículo de reflexión tiene como propósito, primero, sostener la siguiente tesis: las humanidades en la época tecnológica deben superar la visión ontológica clásica del ser humano. También, se quiere proponer que el transhumanismo puede reemplazar la enseñanza de las humanidades con una nueva perspectiva para seres tecnológicos.
