La movilidad académica estudiantil en la educación superior. Análisis bibliométrico
Resumen
La movilidad internacional de estudiantes es una acción que fortalece a las universidades y a la sociedad del conocimiento. Este trabajo tiene por objetivo analizar la producción científica respecto a la movilidad académica estudiantil. Metodológicamente es una indagación bibliométrica, que emplea una ecuación basada en las palabras clave "International student mobility" y "higher education”. La búsqueda se realizó en el indexador Scopus, del cual se eligió 134 documentos. Las categorías de análisis fueron frecuencia de publicaciones por año, número de citaciones, países que más producen en el tema y palabras claves. Este estudio evidencia un crecimiento sostenido en las publicaciones del tema, a partir del año 2019; así como cambios en la forma de movilidad y la preocupación de los autores por cómo el espectro político incide en las condiciones de movilidad. Entre los diez países de mayor producción, no existe ninguno de la región latinoamericana, encabezan la lista Reino Unido (39) y Estados Unidos (18).
